Payment:

Two methods of payment are available. We offer payment via 

or secure processing of all major credit and debit cards via Worldpay.

Just follow the instructions and links through the purchasing procedure.

Shipping:
Please note: We DO NOT ship outside of E.U.
Please be sure to use correct shipping method when ordering. If ordering outside of UK, please be sure to select E.U. shipping method.  

We endeavor to ship any orders placed before 1pm the same day.
All custom made cable products may take 2-3 working days.
Please contact us before placing your order, if your order is of an extremely urgent nature. We may be a able to re-schedule production and get your order out faster and use a specific carrier for more urgent requirements.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Shipping charges are based on weight. The current UK shipping schedule, as of January 2017 is as follows:

0-10kgs £5.50
10-20kgs: £8
20 - 50kgs: £12
50 - 100kgs: £20

We generally ship items via one of two ways. Smaller items, both to the UK and Europe can be shipped via Royal Mail. We may us recorded delivery, or 'Airsure' for more valuable items. Larger items will be shipped via one of a number of couriers. Usually UPS, but we do sometimes use other carriers depending on size/weight of item. Most export shipments go via UPS (2-5 working days).
Whilst we make every effort to ensure shipments leave in a timely manner, and meet expected delivery times and expectations, we accept no responsibilty for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
The Noizeworks shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns/Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from The Noizeworks then you have 14 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
Your first action should be to contact us via email or telephone for return/collection to be organised.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

This does not include custom built/ordered cable and patching products.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the The Noizeworks website, or by phoning us on 01708 523812.
