Rockcase 12U x 3U Combined Mixer/Rack Case

 This range of handy rack cases are ideal for compact, portable sound systems, allowing the user to rack mount a mixing console in the top with up to 3 units of equipment beneath. e.g. wireless receivers, power amplifiers, EQ/processors, etc.
Great for compact AV type systems, solo/duo, and smaller band type systems.
Completely enclosed for transport, equipment is full protected against accidental transport damage. But the unique and clever design offers complete access to top, front and rear of case when equipment is in use.
Four different sizes are available.

The 12U x 3U version is suitable for top mounting mixers up to approx 53cm in depth. Including: Behringer Xenyx/UB 2442, 1604, etc, Mackie 1604VLZ/PRO, 1642VLZ PRO Series, Phonic Soundstation 16, Soundcraft EPM, EFX, MPM(i), MFX(i), SX/F1 Series, FX8, FX16(ii), Folio Rackpack, M4, M8, M12, Studiomaster C4TX8, Yamaha MG166, 206 (C/USB), etc, etc.
Remember, these are rackmount cases, so rack kits for the mixers wll be required where applicable for mounting. (Some mixers are ready to rack mount, some are supplied with rack mount fittings and some have optional rack mount kits that have to be purchased separately. 3U of rackspace is available beneath for other rackmount equipment such as wireless receivers, amps, processors, etc. (1U equals 1.75 inches in height.) Max rackmount depth is 530mm.

Features:
- Strong but light 5mm plywood 'core'. 'Glued and screwed' for strength and durability.
- Water-resistant PVC outer
- 5mm foam cushioning for protection and easy handling.
- Large 10mm two way zip for top section.
- Front and rear covers with velcro fastening on bottom of case. This allows the covers to be folded beneath the case for full access to front and rear when in use.
- Cushioned carrying handle or comfortable handling.
- Detachable, cushioned shoulder strap for comortable 'over the shoulder' handling.
- Plastic pyramid feet on bottom and side of case protects the case when resting on floor or table, etc.
